Norwalk, CT – It has been announced that the property at 10 Broad Street in Norwalk, previously home of Wilton Floor Coverings, has been sold for $600,000, equating to $193 per square foot. The new owner, Gus Papadopoulos of Darien Upholstery, plans to use the 3,100 square foot space for warehousing and storage of high-end fabrics for the design industry.
