Scott Zakos associate commercial real estate broker of Vidal Wettenstein LLC has announced the sale of Contempo Square, located at 200 Boston Post Road, Orange, CT. Described as a 23,500 square foot multi tenanted retail/office building on 1.98± acres. Known as the “miracle mile” section of the Boston Post Road the investment property was purchased by S. Boston Post Property LLC for $ 2,325,000. Originally built in 1986 has housed various retail, office, and restaurants and will continue to serve the town.
