Bridgeport – Vidal/Wettenstein completes 3 leases in Bridgeport.
The former Alloy Engineering building located at 304 Seaview Avenue had been sold to an investment company in May of 2023. The building was put on the market as a vacant 27,000 square foot industrial facility, and since that timeframe was initiated, 3 tenants have moved into the building. Emery Plastics which is a distributor of plastic pellets had leased 1,500 square feet of the building for a 5-year term. The Norwalk Woodworking Center formerly located on Westport Avenue in Norwalk, has leased 3,200 square feet for their woodworking club. The term of their lease is for 5 years. American Leak Detection which is a national company specializing in water leak detection and training, has leased 10,885 square feet. The term of their lease is 10 years.
According to Bruce Wettenstein, SIOR & who is the listing broker, “The only remaining spaces in the building are a 3,500 & 6,000 square foot sections, both with overhead doors. Considering the fact that industrial space availability is at an all-time low, the activity on the remaining spaces has been brisk.” Bruce Wettenstein, SIOR & Partner with Vidal/Wettenstein negotiated the leases.
