Westport, CT — Robert D. Lewis, Partner at Vidal Wettenstein, LLC announces the sale of a 6,000 SF Office building located at 37 Franklin Street in Westport, CT to Chris Anderson.  Mr. Lewis represented the Seller, Dinmar Realty in this $1,200,000 transaction, while Kevin Foley, Sr. of Cushman & Wakefield represented the Buyer.  The Buyer intends to renovate the building and operate his business out of there.
