Monroe, CT – It was announced today that the commercial real estate firm of Vidal/Wettenstein has leased the 600 Pepper Street property in Monroe to Parkside Utility. The company provides full service infrastructure construction, specializing in the design, installation, and maintenance of aerial and underground telecommunication systems throughout the northeastern United States. Parkside has been contracted to work on a major project in the Stamford area and required a facility to house the equipment and maintain offices for the project. Terms of the lease were not disclosed.
The building is 15,200 sq. /ft. and is situated on 4.9 acres of land. It had been recently sold to an investment group by Wettenstein, and within a few weeks, Parkside had contacted Vidal/Wettenstein to arrange a tour of the building. The owners are very fortunate to have a great tenant after only owning the property in such a short period of time.
