Stratford, CT — It was announced today that the Bad Body Gym presently located in Bridgeport, will be relocating to 300 Avon Street in Stratford. The company will be occupying 3,324 square feet in the multi-tenant building, starting in February. Taivon Jones, owner of the company had outgrown their present location and wanted to offer their clients a more inviting and open facility for training.
Bruce Wettenstein, SIOR and Partner with Vidal/Wettenstein represented the Tenant. The building was recently purchased by Richard Balik, who reached out to Wettenstein to lease the two vacant sections of the building. The remaining 6,553 square foot unit has a lease out for review.
