Norwalk, CT — It was announced today that Bliss Pest Protection Services, LLC has acquired a property at 185 East Avenue in Norwalk. The building will be used for Corporate and sales offices for the company. The building is 5,600 square feet and sold for $1,225,000 or $218.75 per square foot. The seller, Gemini Partners had maintained the property as an investment and decided to liquidate the asset prior to the increase in Capital Gains took effect.
Bliss, which is family owned, has been providing pest control to homeowners and businesses in Connecticut & Westchester NY since 1882. According to Adin Martin on behalf of the owners and employees of Bliss, “They are excited about consolidating the Manhattan and Greenwich offices to move as one into the Norwalk community.”
