It was announced today that the property at 4600 Main Street in north Bridgeport has been sold to the occupant. Cheyenne Daycare had been a tenant in the building for over 7 years and has exercised its option to purchase. The sales price for the 20,000 square foot facility was $1,500,000. Pam Hinton is the founder and owner of Chyenne Daycare and has two locations on Main Street. George Shawah of Baldwin Pearson represented the purchaser and Bruce Wettenstein, SIOR, of Vidal/Wettenstein was the listing broker. According to Pamela Hinton, Owner of Cheyenne’s Daycare & Learning Center an NAEYC Accredited Childcare facility. This purchase was made possible due to all the individuals forementioned who believed in her and her vision of ownership and childcare. This new ownership would allow her to continue to grow her business by addressing the community need to accommodate more children in a high NAEYC Accredited quality childcare setting.
The property was owned by 4600 Main St, LLC and was represented by Chris Russo of Russo & Rizio, Southport. The purchaser was represented by Joe Tramutta, Esq., of Milford. Financing was arranged by Alissa Gaines of Carlyle Financial, of Westport.
