Monroe- It was recently announced that a 9,159 square foot portion of the industrial building at 580 Pepper Street in Monroe, Connecticut has been leased to Broadband Technical Resources, a division of ITG Communications, based in Hendersonville, Tennessee. BTR will be working on the wiring and fiber installation for Comcast throughout the Connecticut region. ITG’s construction division supports the cable and telecommunications industries outside plant project needs. Services include aerial and underground drops, fiber backhaul, aerial construction, directional boring & trenching.
Terms of the lease were not released other than the size of the space which is 9,159 square feet. The building is owned by Robert Malin Realty. Bruce Wettenstein, SIOR & Partner with Vidal/Wettenstein of Westport was the listing broker and represented BTR.
