Bruce Wettenstein, SIOR, Has Received the 2017 CoStar Power Broker Award

Vidal/Wettenstein LLC is proud to announce that Bruce Wettenstein, SIOR, has received the 2017 CoStar Power Broker Award!  This honor is granted to those based on their overall volume of transactions as compared to other brokers in the market.  Bruce’s impressive career spans over 40 years, over 350 million in commercial transactions, over 20 years as a partner of Vidal/Wettenstein LLC and includes being elected the President of the Connecticut chapter of SIOR professionals in 2012.  This will be Bruce’s 7^th time receiving this prestigious award.  The firm, as a whole, has received six awards.
