SHELTON, CT –The Care Free Boat Club has lease 12,500 square feet of storage space at 40 Oliver Terrace in Shelton. The space will be used for boat storage in the off season. The building is a total of 25,000 square feet and the lease is for half the space. The remaining 12,500 square feet remains available. Care Free is a national boat leasing company which offers availability by the day. The company offers the easy flexibility of enjoying the water without the issues encompassing ownership of the actual boat. Care Free handles the fuel, insurance, docking fees and all other expenses typically borne by the boat owner.
