It was announced today the Connecticut Basement Systems Radon, Inc. property at 720 Woodend Road in Stratford has sold to Dri-Tec Waterproofing Solutions. Steve Senkowicz, Owner of the property, has relocated to a leased property in Stratford and upon listing the building with Vidal/Wettenstein, entered into a contract to sell the Woodend Road property to Chuck Mulin, Owner of Dri-Tec. The price was $625,000 for the 8,195 square foot block and steel building, or $76.25 per square foot. According to Chuck Mulin, this new property will help us continue to expand our growing list of products and services for new home builders and remodelers.
Counsel for the purchaser was Robert Rosati of Stratford, and for the seller, Barry Knott also of Stratford.
