It was announced today that Energy Solutions, presently located on Canal Street in Shelton Connecticut, will be relocating its Construction Operations Department to 23 Bridgeport Avenue in Shelton. This facility will be used for logistical support of efficiency project construction for projects throughout Connecticut.
Established in 1992, Energy Solutions helps building owners and business tenants, lower their electric & gas usage through high efficiency lighting, HVAC and control systems while maximizing existing state and utility incentives to lower costs, and improve existing working comfort.
Bruce Wettenstein, SIOR of Vidal/Wettenstein represented Energy Solutions in both lease negotiations. Sam Rost of Green & Gross was legal counsel for the tenant.
