Trumbull – Hodson Realty & Vidal/Wettenstein Co-Broke Lease . It was recently announced that 140 Corporate Drive in Trumbull Connecticut has been leased to F + F Mechanical of North Haven. The firm, which is 40 years old, provides quality fabrication, installation and maintenance of commercial HVAC and Plumbing systems throughout the State of Connecticut. The company is second generation family owned and operated with the owners directly involved in all aspects of the business. The firm intends to utilize the Trumbull facility as a fabrication facility and warehouse of HVAC parts for their growing Fairfield County client base.
The 18,680 square foot building had originally been constructed for a Norwalk based printing company, and more recently purchased by an industrial investor. The lease is for 10 years, and the terms of the lease were not disclosed.
