Kaster Moving Company was founded in 1977 and currently operates out of Stamford and Stratford. The purchase of 400 Long Beach Boulevard will be a new location for the company giving them additional space to offer further storage solutions in addition to their relocation and packing services. The building has been acquired with an existing tenant occupying 32% of the building and the remaining space will be utilized by Kaster.
400 Long Beach Boulevard was originally constructed for Associated Foods in 1978 as a primary distribution center for regional supermarkets.
