Fairfield – Vidal/Wettenstein & Angel Commercial arranged lease.
It was recently announced that Mantrose-Haeuser Company has relocated their Corporate US office from Westport to Fairfield. The firm has leased 5,556 square feet of office space at 1 Post Road. The 30,000 square foot building overlooks the Ash River. Terms of the lease were not disclosed.
Mantrose-Haeuser Co., Inc. has been at the forefront of developing superior edible coatings and specialty products for the pharmaceutical, confectionery, agricultural, food and industrial industries for decades. The company was founded over 100 years ago. Mantrose is a subsidiary of RPM International Inc., a $7.3 billion multinational company with subsidiaries that are world leaders in specialty coatings, sealants, building materials and related services. RPM is traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol RPM.
The property owner, One Post Road Fairfield, LLC, was represented by Jon Angel of Angel Commercial. The tenant was represented by Bruce Wettenstein, SIOR & Partner with Vidal/Wettenstein.
