North American Pharmacal Leases Space at 149 Water Street, Norwalk

David Fugitt, SIOR and Bruce Wettenstein, SIOR both partners at Vidal/Wettenstein Commercial Real Estate combined efforts in leasing 8,640 square feet of office space to North American Pharmacal. The leased space is at 149 Water Street in South Norwalk. The tenant is relocating from a facility in Wilton which was sold for them by Fugitt and Wettenstein. Randy Vidal and Robert Lewis also partners at Vidal Wettenstein represented the landlord Home Dental Care, Inc.
