Milford, CT – It was announced today that North Country Boatworks presently located in Stratford, will be relocating to a 4,000 square foot building at 36 Higgins Drive in Milford. The company will be vacating 584 Surf Avenue in Stratford, which was leased to North Country, but was recently sold to an electrical contractor to be used for his own business.
“North Country Boatworks specializes in the restoration and preservation of antique and classic wooden boats, practicing traditional skills and applying modern technologies. Their areas of expertise concentrate around three primary services: Restoration, Yacht Joinery, and New Construction.”
The term of the lease is for 5 years. Bruce Wettenstein, SIOR and partner with Vidal/Wettenstein represented North Country, and Arnold Peck of Peck Commercial World was the listing broker.
