Stratford, CT – It was announced today that the property at 1701 Stratford Avenue has been purchased by Jim Repasi for his company. The sales price was $600,000 or $85.71 per foot. The business occupying the 7,000 square foot building will be a Porsche service center.

Redco Audio had occupied the building for 15 years before relocating to a larger building in Monroe. The new business will require to completely transform the building to an automobile service center.
