Monroe, CT – It was announced today that the 17,860 square foot industrial building located at 515 Fan Hill Road in Monroe has been sold to the Redco Audio, Inc. presently located in Stratford. The sales price was $1.2 million or $67.19 per foot. The building had formerly been occupied by Stancor Pumps which had recently relocated to the New Haven area. Redco will be using the building for Redco Audio, www.redco.com – audio accessories company; SpaceLift Attic Lift – www.spaceliftproducts.com, home storage elevators; and Earmark Communications – www.earmark.com, wireless communications for industrial and high noise business environments.
