Southwestern Connecticut Agency on Aging Extends Lease at 1000 Lafayette Blvd

Randy Vidal, partner in Vidal/Wettenstein represented Southwestern Connecticut Agency on Aging in their Option to renew the 14,000 square foot lease at 1000 Lafayette Blvd in Bridgeport. Southwestern CT Agency on Aging provides leadership and resources to meet the needs of the rapidly growing older adult population. Randy Vidal also was their representative in the initial lease term. 1000 Lafayette a Class A building in downtown Bridgeport was chosen in part because of its central location to their clients, staff and public transportation. Landlord was represented by Sean Cahill of Avison Young.
