Stratford, CT – It was announced today that the commercial property located at 427-429 Honeyspot Road in Stratford has been sold to a Fairfield based company which will be relocating to the new facility. The 4,000 square foot building sold for $405,000 or $101.25 per square foot. Greenlawn Irrigation Systems which specializes in exterior watering systems for landscaping purchased the property. The existing owner will be staying on for a short period of time, then relocating and merging the business with another company.
Green-Lawn Irrigation is a service-based company that provides installation and maintenance of irrigation systems throughout Fairfield County and the surrounding areas. The company maintains systems that provide proper water for the landscape.
