STRATFORD PROPERTY SELLS FOR $1.045 MILLION
Vidal Wettenstein helps tenant buy the building
WESTPORT, June 12, 2018 – Kubtec Digital X-Ray has purchased a freestanding building at 111 Research Drive, Stratford for $1.045 million.
Bruce Wettenstein, a partner at Vidal/Wettenstein represented Kubtec Digital X-Ray, a tenant in the Stratford building. It was purchased from 111 Research Drive Associates LLC. The building, on 0.67 acres, encompasses 10,216 square feet and includes a loading dock.
Founded in 2005 in Milford, Kubtec Digital X-Ray, a registered trademark of KUB Technologies Inc., is a research based organization that develops digital x-ray solutions for medical, research and industrial applications.
“I was delighted to help Kubtec Digital X-Ray acquire its home at 111 Research Drive, a prime location in the heart of Stratford’s industrial area off Lordship Boulevard,” said Wettenstein. “With its immediate access to I-95 and proximity to a host of amenities, I’m sure Kubtec will fulfill its primary mission: developing imaging systems that enable medical professionals to offer the best care for their patients, particularly those being treated for breast cancer.”
Angel Commercial LLC represented the seller.
“The acquisition of this property is a key element of our strategy to expand our organizational and commercial footprint.” said Vikram Butani, CEO of Kubtec Digital X-Ray. ”We will be starting work to expand our R&D facilities over the summer, while also creating new conference and training areas in the facility.”
