Bruce Wettenstein, SIOR & Partner with Vidal/Wettenstein is pleased to announce the leasing of a portion of the building at 190 Charles Street in Stratford, CT. The Nelson D’Ancona Foundation Leased the Stratford Property from Southport Express Corporation for 3 years for storage and maintenance work on a helicopter project. The company was located at the former Avco Lycoming plant which is slated for demolition in preparation of a major development project in Stratford.
Vidal/Wettenstein negotiated the terms of the lease for both parties.
