TestAmerica Relocates in Shelton
Westport, CT — It was announced today by Vidal/Wettenstein, LLC, that TestAmerica has relocated their offices and laboratory space to 12 Progress Drive in Shelton, Connecticut. The company had been located in a facility on Long Hill Cross Roads and due to increased efficiencies, required less space. The firm has leased 3,250 square feet of space for five years.
TestAmerica is the leading environmental testing firm in the United States, with over 90 locations providing innovative technical expertise and comprehensive analytical testing services. Specialty analyses include, ambient and indoor air, water quality, compliance, desalination, shale gas, specialty organics, emergency response, industrial hygiene, dioxins, drinking water, and emerging contaminants, and radiochemistry and mixed waste testing.
Bruce Wettenstein, SIOR & Partner with Vidal Wettenstein, represented the Francini Organization who originally built the building and has maintained ownership and management of the property. Stephanie Coleman of Cresa Fairfield County and Brett Mertz of Cresa Orange County represented TestAmerica.
