Stratford, CT – Top Dog Food and Supply announced that it has leased approximately 5,000 square feet of warehouse space at 526 Benton Street in Stratford, Connecticut. The building is owned by 526 Benton Street, LLC and partly occupied by Agissar Mailex Company. Bruce Wettenstein, SIOR and Partner with Vidal/Wettenstein negotiated the terms of the 5-year lease with Top Dog and was the listing broker. Top Dog will utilize the space for sales and marketing, storage, and distribution of their core product – raw dog food.
According to co-founder Richard Gordon, “Our new space is a great location for us to serve the Fairfield County marketplace as well as launch our expansion efforts throughout the New England region. The building will house our 5,000 cubic foot freezer and will serve as the main distribution center.”
