It was announced that Joseph Grasso Jr. of Fairfield has purchased a 6 acre parcel of land located at 485 Pepper Street in Monroe. The property will be used for construction aggregate manufacturing. The site is zoned industrial and had to go through a series of town meetings for approval for their intended use which is a building material separation site.
