Local Westport based developer, 29 E. Main Westport LLC, purchased a freestanding 4,000 square foot professional office building at 29 East Main Street in Westport. The building sold for $1,150,000 and the deal closed at the end of June. The developer plans to renovate the building to set up an office for their own operations and lease out the remaining space for professional use. David Fugitt, of Vidal/Wettenstein LLC, was the sole broker involved in the transaction.
