Westport Professional Office Building Sells for $1,150,000

A local Westport based developer recently purchased a freestanding 4,000 square foot professional office building at 29 East Main Street in Westport.  The building, located in a charming professional neighborhood near Compo Shopping Center, sold for $1,150,000 and closed at the end of June.  The developer plans to renovate the building to set up an office for their own operations and lease out the remaining space for professional use.  David Fugitt, SIOR, a partner with Vidal/Wettenstein Commercial Real Estate was the sole broker involved in the transaction.
